Blackberry season

There is an excess of blackberry right now, so I decided to make jam out of it. A jam we are going to eat right away, so it won’t last long and don’t have to worry about preserving.

This way all you have to do is to cook it until it is the right consistency. I added a juice of a lemon to it and a cup of sugar, but you can add other sweetener or skip sweetener altogether.
