Blueberries have a fantastic quality, that after blending they become jelly-like and it is perfect for a smoothie bowl.
- 1 banana
- 100 g blueberries or frozen mixed berries
- your favourite plant-based milk or water
How to do this
- put ingredients into the blender
- The amount of liquid is depending on your blender. You need more liquid if your blender is not too strong. Start blending and add liquid as it is needed. You can use a food processor as well and you might not need liquid at all.
You can use dates, brown rice syrup, maple syrup if you like it sweeter. I like to put granola on the top.
