Welcome to Soul Magic Studio. These terms cover what happens when you buy something from me or work with me directly. I've tried to write them the way I'd explain things in person — honestly, and without hiding anything in small print.

Who I am
Soul Magic Studio is run by me, Agi, based in the UK. These terms apply to anyone using this website or buying from it.
The Soul Page (template)
The Soul Page is a one-page Carrd website template, sold at £97 through Gumroad. When you buy it, you receive access to the template (via Carrd Transfer or Template Sharing, depending on the option chosen), the customisation guide, and the Brand Kit Template.
7-day money-back guarantee If you're not happy with your purchase, let me know within 7 days and I'll refund you in full — no lengthy explanation needed. Since the template is delivered digitally, once it's transferred or shared with your account, I can't automatically take it back. So if you request a refund, I'll ask that you transfer the site back to me as part of that process. I trust people to do the right thing here, and in return I keep this policy simple and generous.
What the price includes One licence, for your own use, on one website. The template isn't for resale, redistribution, or use in a template shop of your own.
Astrology-Guided Brand Identity (branding service)
This is a done-with-you service — a complete brand guide built from your natal chart and your completed workbook, delivered as a designed PDF within two to three weeks of me receiving your finished workbook.
Because this involves my personal time and a bespoke reading, it isn't covered by the same money-back guarantee as the template. If I don't deliver what was agreed, or something goes wrong on my end, I'll always make it right — whether that's revisions, a partial refund, or a full one, depending on the situation. If you simply change your mind before I've started the work, I'll refund you in full. Once the chart reading and workbook review are underway, refunds are considered case by case.
Bookings and payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase or enquiry, via Gumroad (for the template) or directly (for the branding service). Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — the design, the copy, the templates, the brand guides I create — is my original work and remains my intellectual property. When you buy a template, you're licensed to use it for your own website; you're not buying the underlying design to resell or repurpose elsewhere.
Anything I create for you personally, like a branding package, becomes yours to use for your own business once delivered and paid for in full.
What I can't promise
I build beautiful, functional websites and thoughtful brand guides — but I can't promise specific business outcomes, like a certain number of clients or a particular income. What you do with your website and brand is up to you.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms as the studio grows — new products, new policies. The version live on the site at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
